No longer in Austin, you must go to the branch in Round Rock @ 16808 CALPLY DRIVE ROUND ROCK, TX 78664. I was given the wrong address by a Cummins phone-line associate.

4 days, and around a dozen calls with no returned call. My favorite call was at 07:55, when the receptionist or answering service answered. I was told to hang up and call back in 5 minutes. I even requested an emergency service to get a part, and it was reiterated to call back in 5 min. I called back in 5 min, no answer and yet another voice mail. Solution: an online parts direct company. Answered the phone after 2 rings, part was overnighted, received, and installed. Lessons could be learned from a company out of New York. I’m disappointed a Texas company can’t answer a phone. Great news, the online part is a genuine Cummins part.

This is the third time I have had my generator fail for the same trouble code 45, all fails happened when we are on family trips and have 2 drive home in the heat with no power, no ac ect. We have 2 stop and sleep in hotels at 200 plus per night. I called and made an appointment to drop off the RV 3 weeks booked out. I get an email stating they want 800.00 yes that's not a typo, to estimate and troubleshoot the repairs, I call to clarify that they want 800.00 just to test and troubleshoot and and they say yes, I ask if the 800.00 will be applied to the repairs and they said it depends on what we find... really bad service your traped after waiting 3 weeks for your appointment then they want 800.00 just for an estimate.. Well after all said and done they replaced the brush block for the 3rd time under warranty and told me I need to clean my generator better.. I have asked how to clean my generator and have not received an update

Capable, considerate and communicative. You never really know what you’re going to get in an assigned auto shop, but this worked out in our favor. Right after we got there, they immediately put paper down through the interior to the back engine access panel and drivers seat. We went in for a recall and while it was in they found seepage from the oil pan. In addressing that, bits of metal were found in the oil pan. Each step of the way we had timely communication and comprehensive knowledge. Javier was our service advisor and Marco was our mechanic. Our unit and space was respected, they worked through all of our concerns with us and called with frequent updates, as well as being great mechanics. Thank you all very much!

The worst service in the world. I called for 6 weeks and left word never received a call back. Needed service on my new generator. The only way I was able to try to get service was to drive out to the business and walk in and tell them what bad the service is. They did get someone out for a $500 service call. Said generator would come on automatically now and run every 2 weeks. It has never come on. Electric power went out and no generator. Now called for 5 days and no one will answer. I will have to drive out and walk into the office to get help.
